How to choose the best mat for me?
GXMMAT has 2 types of Home Gym Mat: Exercise mat and Yoga mat.
The Exercise mat is suitable for all intense exercise.
The Yoga mat is suitable for all soft exercises.
How do I clean a mat?
Sprinkle some seas salt on your mat. Rub it in by hands and let salt sit for 24 hours and lay it out at area and scrub it with a soft brush.
