Let me tell you this ! Subscribe to this immediately. It’s an amazing bottle of goodness to stop all those hot flashes and cold sweats. I can live without it now. After 2 weeks I was hooked. I did the once a month subscription and it came right on time. You may vary but I’m telling you after 2 weeks no more hot flashes, after 6 weeks only 2 days did I feel any menopausal symptoms. I will continue with this. I’m not going back I feel great. There is no way I want to feel like I had before it helps with energy level all day. One day I had terrible cramps and this helped my stomachs feel better. I haven’t gotten and skin irritation. Can’t complained about the taste it’s not a medicine taste it’s herbal very fresh and soothing. And super easy to use just twist the top fill dropper and that’s it. Enjoy! Nothing else helped except this!!

I took my first dose today & the taste is horrible. A few reviews stated that it tastes good, but that is not true. It tastes as mud smells. Feeling minor cramps right now, but for the price & other benefits I am going to continue to take it. I will update after a couple of weeks.

This probiotic is really good, I have more energy my gut isn’t irritated like before. It did take about a week when I first started to acclimate to my system but I’m good now and on my second bottle. I must say I am now able to eat fried foods. I love Popeyes but I cannot any more it runs straight though in 30 mins. I’m not gaining weight and it curbs my appetite. Refrigerate after opening.
