Went for this as it apparently doesn't bloat you or make you retain extra water around the gut – probably due to its good absorption.

Its 1.5grams a serving which is probably just under half a scoop on those mini protein powder scoops. Also, it's filled to the top! something you don't see nowadays

I don't care about taste/ used to it after a decade of supplements, but it doesn't change the taste too much for the worse. Bit better then flavourless BCAA's if you want to compare it to anything
