This knee pad is decently sized and works well for me (at 180 pounds) folded or unfolded. I find the padding more comfortable when it is folded though. It feels like a thick foam with a thin covering that seems solid right now but may rip over time. The color is nice. It’s not overly bright but also not a white to get dirty super easy. It folds and unfolds very well. However, when I bent on it unfolded, my knees hurt after using it for several minutes. Luckily this didn’t happen when it was folded. And it is large enough to comfortably use when folded. It is thin enough to store behind my dresser which is nice! Overall, I’m happy with it but do think it could be a little cushier vs such a hard foam. Oh and the handle it a nice touch! Not really needed but I do find myself using it when toting it around.

This Ilili yoga/fitness folding knee cushion/pad is easy to carry with the built in handle and it works well for yoga and exercise. It provides extra cushioning that is needed to comfortably do any kneeling and forearm or elbow postures/exercises. It makes a big different and enables you to hold yoga poses longer since it eases discomfort.
It is 1" thick when folded and 1/2" thick when unfolded.
I prefer to use it folded to have the extra cushioning. At 12"x17" when folded it's roomy enough to use folded without unfolding it. The cushioning is firm and stable, so it doesn't compress too much and is stable for balance.

This Foldable Yoga Knee Pad is super handy as it's easy to carry to the gym. It is a great little addition for extra knee support during stretches.
It feels a bit stiffer than the yoga mat – but not in a bad way. More so that it can stand up to weight and use a bit better. Should be pretty durable – definitely way more than the yoga mat itself. I found that there is no need to double it up for me – it does not feel any different in how soft/firm it is even doubled up.
I personally love the color and it happened to go well with my yoga mat, too. If you need extra knee or hand support (depending on what ground your mat is on), give this cushion a try.
