The smell. If you are in first trimester queasiness especially, this may not be the vitamin for you. It's not horrible, but it definitely has a vitamin smell that many women will probably struggle with if they are queasy anyway.
Other than the first trimester, these cause no issues for me and I feel like they do a good job and are worth the price.

So far, I'm liking these quite a bit. They have a wonderful, comprehensive group of vitamins and minerals, so that no matter where you are in the pregnancy process, these serve you well. Also – if you struggle with larger pills, don't be too discouraged with how large these are. I was concerned when I first opened them, as I don't always do ok with larger tablets. However, these softgels were fine. Additionally, I found no after taste.
Finally, the price for a month's worth at $16.99 is very fair. I highly recommend them.
