It doesn’t cause digestive irritation. Been taking it for about two weeks now with calcium citrate from different brand. + multivitamins. It doesn’t have taste. The dose is RDA. And it is a stand alone supplement, without D3 which is good for those taking their dose from MV.
60 portions so really it was $15 not $30. (Payed for two month supply) So far I wasn’t disappointed about the price.

It is so hard to find a quality k2 supplement with a hefty dose that is not made of soy. Two of these tiny capsules a day gives more than the therapeutic amount of k2. A little higher priced than competitors, but I suppose one gets what they pay for.
