I love this stuff! I love the smell of Lavender and this smells exactly like the lavender I cut and dry from my garden. I put a drop of this on my pillow case & I also put a little on my radial pulse. Again, look as each ingredient separately and what they do for you on their own..then multiply that for a perfect formula for relaxation. Each ingredient stands alone too. For example, Geranium is an antioxident & an antibacterial. Lavender is used as an analgesic and a an antiseptic. Did you know that Camomile (German) is used as an anti-inflamatory and helps with insomnia? You can see why all of these ingredients come together for a perfect blend to help you relax. I appreciate the price and quality put forth by Plant Therapy. Thanks!

I absolutely adore this oil blend! We're huge Plant Therapy fans. Not only is their packaging always adorable, and more like that of a handmade seller than a major company, but their oils are top notch. They're high quality, many of them were formulated with the help of Robert Tisserand, who is known in many circles as the father of modern Aromatherapy and has spent his career studying the safety of oils. They're a fraction of the price of the MLM oils, which we stopped using after learning that those companies were recommending unsafe (and downright dangerous) usage. This blend is absolutely yummy smelling. I keep the bottle by my bed and take a whiff each night before going to sleep. It's truly relaxing! When I'm dealing with insomnia, I'll diffuse it. I also made a little blend of diluted oil (with a carrier oil) in a roller bottle that I sometimes swipe under my nose, on my chest or on my head.

Relieve some STRESS to live longer and healthier

I use 3 drops of this in 100ml of water in a small diffuser that I have in my master bedroom and I lay on my bed for about 30 minutes (phone alarm set) after I get home from work and the stress of the day really peels off of me. When I get up, I feel so much more relaxed and I can feel a lot of my muscle tension has been relieved. I've been doing this routine for about 4 days now and fully convinced the essential oil is a major contributor to becoming relaxed. I let the diffuser run for the next 2-3 hours to fill my upstairs bedrooms and bath with its relaxing fragrance and when my wife takes a bath later in the evening she likes the smell also and commented how it seemed to relax her also. Stress is a REAL heart killer and anything to help relieve stress some and get relaxed has to be healthy in my humble opinion.

I use aromatherapy for a number of uses. This one in particular I use at bedtime or when I need to just relax and wind down. I place some drops onto a cotton ball next to my bed, or wherever I'm at, and the scent immediately begins to fill the air and relax me. Taking nice deep breaths and inhaling the fragrance, I find myself relaxing within 5-10 minutes. Occasionally I will add drops to a bath or shower to relax, too.
Even my BF doesn't mind when I use this scent, and he can be sensitive and picky about smells.
It is a powerful scent, blend of lavender, chamomile, patchouli, and marjoram, so it's earthy-woodsy and sweet.
I would NOT recommend putting this on any fabric or directly on pillow or sheets as label states; this would most likely stain or discolor, since the oil is a deep yellow color.
Overall, a great scent and very relaxing and I would recommend to aromatherapy lovers!

Unexpected outcome VERY POSITIVE.

I purchased this RELAX blend, as well as a few other bottles of other oils, but on this particular blend, I saw a VERY UNEXPECTED outcome. Something no one thought would happen. My husband actually decided one evening to put two drops of this RELAX blend in his C-PAP breathing machine one evening, along with one drop of Eucalyptus oil. He did this because he hoped it would help him sleep a little better and curb any congestion, as many nights he tosses and turns in his sleep, and doesn't sleep well.

This is where it gets interesting. After a night or two, he said it worked. He did sleep better, and experienced a significant improvement on minor congestion. He liked it so much that he decided he wanted to use this combo EVERY NIGHT. Fast forward about two weeks – one night when we are in bed getting ready to doze off, he looks at me and states that he just realized that his minor back aches/pains have been gone. I said, "Great, what happened to eliminate it?" He said he didn't know why it went away, all of a sudden, then he looked at me w/a far-away look, when it dawned on him that he hasn't really had the minor back aches/pains since taking the RELAX and Eucalyptus blends into his CPAP. Surprised both of us.

There is much more to essential oil therapy than we are being told. My husband and I are quite pleasantly surprised with this outcome. Just wanted to share with others. Its been about 3 weeks or so, and there has indeed been an improvement with my husband. Wow – no need for over the counter meds when you can use what nature has been growing since the dawn of time. So thankful for this essential oil. I can only imagine what the other blends offer.
