Essendo un principiante con il foam roller, ho seguito i suggerimenti trovati in rete e ho preferito un rullo liscio ed un po' più lungo del normale. Per ora mi sto trovando bene. Se anche voi siete al primo rullo, il fatto che sia liscio e non abbia rilievi o produberanze eccessive, aiuta ad avere un massaggio più morbido e rilassante (soprattutto per chi non è abituato). La lunghezza invece aiuta nelle zone più estese (come la schiena o gli esercizi a doppia gamba) a non fare "scappare" il rullo da sotto. Per quanto riguarda la durezza invece siamo a metà, ne troppo morbido ne troppo duro. Direi giusto così. La lunghezza è di 44 cm ed il diametro di 14 cm abbondanti. Spero di esservi stato utile. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di quest'acquisto. Non sono una grande sportiva, purtroppo solo per via di mancanza di tempo, quindi con quest'attrezzo ho la possibilità di fare esercizi molto funzionali ed efficaci anche con il poco tempo a disposizione ma, soprattutto, in modo piacevole ed efficace.
Gli esercizi consigliati sono facilmente eseguibili e il Rullo Maximo Fitness è della giusta consistenza, leggero e sufficientemente rigido da non deformarsi ne crearsi lividi nel usarlo. Una scheda di esercizi è fornita con il rullo, in inglese ma il negozio provvede automaticamente all'invio via email di una scheda di esercizi tradotti in italiano, oltre che che un buon servizio di dopo acquisto.
Visto la quantità di scelta per il medesimo articolo direi che siano dettagli non trascurabile per valutare molto positivamente sia il prodotto che il negozio.
