I could tell enough of a difference that I purchased them again. These really do help. I will continue to buy them. I only take one right now and if I need it will take a second. By far the best probiotic I've ever taken. A lot of different brands left me feeling weighed down and lethargic, but there's just something different about the SBO's. I have been taking these for over a year and have noticed a huge difference in my immune function, less bloat, less gas, and better energy overall. I noticed a boost to my energy immediately after my first dose.

There's so much evidence these days about poor gut health causing all kinds of problems in our lives – autoimmune diseases, diabetes, intense sugar cravings, bloat, stomach pain, constipation, inflammation in the body, etc. – that we should take gut health very seriously. New research also says that it can take years for gut flora to be restored after just a 10-day round of antibiotics because antibiotics kill off everything, so these are a MUST if you've taken antibiotics in the past.

For general overall well-being, these are wonderful. I have also read one of the founders of Ancient Nutrition's stories – he overcame Chrohn's disease by healing his gut. This company is the real deal, and I'm a huge fan.
