I Swear by These Alo Yoga Joggers for Long Travel Days

If anyone is an expert on comfy pants, it’s me. I avoid restrictive clothing at all costs, and over the years, I’ve curated a closet full of cozy yet elevated bottoms to wear while working from home, exercising, running errands, and of course, traveling. And my new favorite pair is too good not to share. 

Alo Yoga is my go-to place for comfy-meets-cute clothing, and I was fortunate to receive these best-selling joggers from the brand. I’ve been wearing them nonstop for the last few months — including during a six-hour road trip — thanks to their buttery-soft fabric that’s the ideal thickness to keep me warm and their versatility that allows me to wear them for various plans. And with lots of traveling in the next few months (hello, holiday season), I’m grabbing the ivory color to have on hand in addition to my black pair while sizes are still in stock.

The Alo Yoga joggers are made with a waffle-knit fabric that’s soft, stretchy, and rather heavy, which is ideal for fall and winter temps, and they have pockets, ankle cuffs, and a high-rise waistband with a drawstring closure for an adjustable fit. Plus, they are machine washable, and I haven’t seen any signs of pilling so far. 

I’m 5 feet tall and followed the site’s advice to size down for a closer fit since I don’t like my clothes to overwhelm my petite frame, and they have the perfect relaxed look that still makes me feel put together while being comfy. If you prefer a looser fit, select your usual size. 

One of my favorite parts about the pants is that there is a matching top, which I also own, and the duo is the ultimate travel uniform. The mock neck pullover has the same waffle-knit material as the joggers, and it’s incredibly flattering and cozy. I love wearing the two pieces as a set and separately with other cozy staples in my wardrobe.
