Key Takeaways
- On February 9, two new Rhode launches are landing: a sculpting face mask and plumping lip mask.
- We have all the information on Caffeine Reset and Peptide Lip Boost.
Is it clocking to you that it’s February? That Valentine’s Day is almost here? That, even if you’re not married to Justin Bieber, if you want your lips at their softest and plumpest for romance’s biggest holiday (or just to take a photo with the Wuthering Heights poster pretending to kiss Jacob Elordi), it’s time to start prepping now??
If it’s not, it will be soon. While it always feels long, February is the shortest month of the year. And with two new Rhode launches to get excited about, it’s going to fly by. That means it’s past time to stand on business (that business being skin and lip care).
On Tuesday, February 3, Rhode officially announced their two newest launches—a face mask called Caffeine Reset and a lip mask called Peptide Lip Boost—that will help you sculpt and smooch this month and forevermore. Keep reading to discover everything else there is to know about the much-anticipated releases, which you can shop starting next Monday.

The Inspiration
Per usual, both the lip mask and face mask have been teased for a while. Like all of the brand’s offerings, they can be described as “curated essentials”—pieces founder Hailey Bieber and her crew have been missing in their Rhode lineup.
Those who got their hands on the products early didn’t take long working them into their routines, either. Rhode has a stunning testing panel full of Biebers’ besties and other industry experts that have been regularly masking with both new offerings.
Unsurprisingly, they love them.
The Caffeine Reset Mask
You know those pictures of HB and friends relaxing with their faces slathered in something creamy that have been popping up for a while? That’s Caffeine Reset.
Rhode
The face mask was formulated to wake up tired skin and give it “a quick pick-me-up” by lifting, de-puffing, and refreshing. Its main ingredient is caffeine, but something called VBE, or Vanillyl Butyl Ether, is also at work to invigorate skin and make it look more awake. Peptides are present (duh) and so is a firming poppy extract.
Fragrance-free and safe for use around your eyes, the mask was designed to be used first thing in the morning or pre-glam for some skincare-based sculpting before contour and bronzer. You’ll apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin and hang out for 10 to 15 minutes before gently rinsing off any product that hasn’t soaked in and patting your face dry.

The mask “visibly sculpts skin instantly and all day, keeping it looking refreshed and energized,” explained Rhode in a press release. “Use Caffeine Reset once daily or as often as desired, for lasting hydration, suppleness, radiance, and glow.”
The Peptide Lip Boost
Then, there’s Peptide Lip Boost. Rhode does no wrong in the lippie department, and this rich, balmy mask will make all of their other offerings work even better by perfecting that natural canvas.

Available in Sugarmint, a sweet, refreshing mint scent, or unscented, the rosy lip mask applies clear and once again features VBE. When applied to your pout, the stimulating molecule will provide some (comfortable!) tingle for an immediate plumping effect.

Also at play: a four-peptide multipeptide complex, konjac hyaluronic acid complex to improve the look of lip volume over time, and a smoothing amino acid. You can wear the mask day or night to improve the look of lip fullness and volume, and if you use it regularly it’ll soften the appearance of lip lines over time.
XOXO.
Peptide Lip Boost and Caffeine Reset will both be available to purchase beginning Monday, February 9 at noon ET on rhodeskin.com. Peptide Lip Boost will be available online and in-store at Sephora on February 26, followed by Caffeine Reset on March 26.
