Not comfortable as a seat

The 30 cm cushion is to small to use as a floor seat. Also, the fibers are stiff and the weave is too coarse. My butt hurts after sitting on it for just a minute. Use this to torture your in-laws when they visit.

It doesn't work on an office chair either. The drop off at the edge is too severe and digs into my leg.

It's about the right size for lumbar support, but I'd like it to be more tapered at the edges so it doesn't poke into my lower back / upper pelvis.

I did find one good use: a cushion for my heel when I sit on the floor to stretch my hamstrings. It's the perfect height to get a good stretch and it protects my achilles from the hard floor.

Since there weren't comments on this item, it was a bit of a risk. I'm fine with it, and I'm keeping it, but to be clear, it Doesn't look like the image. I think it looks more like another item on amazon, fairly well reviewed and also inexpensive, "Veemoon Tatami Mats Outdoor Chair Pads" which I have a picture of from the sale page of that item, alongside pictures of this item in my home on my tea bench. That item is 16.22, and this was $15.11, so I consider it a win. 4 stars only because they really should have used pictures of the actual item, lumps and all, but otherwise I do like it. It is already falling apart and flakes of it are everywhere, and the stuffing inside is just loose plastic fluff but it’s fine.

Small Cushion Just Large Enough for your tush with no extra

This straw mat is just large enough to pad you behind with out much extra. It is comportable to sit on and well padded but hope your aim is good or you will miss the pad and end up on the hard floor. I use mine for seated hollow body Russian twist exercise.
