How to Use MERIT Great Skin Double Cleanse
You need to shake the bottle well to mix the two phases before each use. I love that once shaken, it stays blended for quite a while before naturally separating – no constant shaking between pumps.
Apply to dry or damp skin, massage in, and rinse thoroughly. You’ll get a light foaming action that makes the cleanse feel thorough without over-drying.
My Review
Makeup Removal Power
On first use, it removed all my makeup beautifully. My skin felt moisturised, but not greasy or coated in a film (a problem I sometimes have with “hydrating” cleansers).
To really test it, I went over my face with a cotton pad soaked in micellar water. The pad came away completely clean. Impressive.
Texture and Feel
The foam is soft and gentle, giving you that satisfying clean feeling without the tightness. My skin didn’t feel stripped at all.
Eye Makeup Removal

I think I’ll definitely keep this in my rotation when I want speed over ritual. However, I’ll still be using my separate oils, balms, and foaming cleansers to carry out that two-step double cleanse process that love so much.
