20 lbs is heavier than I thought for blanket. 15 or 10 would have been better for our purposes. I purchased this for my ( 11 y/o ) foster daughter to help her with her sleep issues. She likes it and it does help calm her restless.sleep However it does make it hard to make the bed as you can't "fluff" it out like other blankets. Quality is good no loose threads or anything like that.

make sure to double check your sizing when you order these – or any weighted blankets for that matter. This arrived and i was shocked that it could be technically called a blanket. It obviously does not do much for a 6. Foot 3 inch man. However my chihuahua absolutely loved this and she made it into her comfort cave for which I would most certainly purchase this again, albeit not for anything larger than an infant/puppy.

Makes me feel like a kid again, all snuggled up. This is my first weighted blanket and I got the 20lb one. Love it!!! For me at 5'1 and 60yrs old to reposition it takes a bit of work, but I manage.
The only thing that I wasn't sure about was which side goes down in the winter and which side for the summer, I think I know but would appreciate a message to be sure, anyone know for sure??? I also don't wake up as stiff as before which is a great thing, anything to help us older girls out eh? To quote an old burger King commercial…it's a beautiful thing!!
