Step 1: Select your ingredients.

You don’t have to use every ingredient that goes well with bananas in your hair mask. Instead, pick one or two ingredients to supplement your goals. 

Step 2: Mash the banana (and anything else that needs mashed). 

You’re not putting a straight banana or avocado in your hair, obviously. Mash it up into a paste. You don’t have to get it perfectly smooth in this step, though you’ll do more mixing in a moment.

Step 3: Add in any additional ingredients.

Mix the banana paste with any other ingredients you might be using. Make sure it’s thoroughly mixed!

Step 4: Apply to the hair.

There are some tricks as to how you can apply this mixture to your hair. We’ll go more in depth below. 

Step 5: Leave on for 30 minutes.

How To Apply Banana To Hair

Use your hands.
